How It Works
Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation.
  • We’ll chat about what’s bringing you to therapy and explore if we’re the right fit.

  • We’ll also go over schedules and fees to ensure a good practical match.

Schedule Your First Session.
  • If everything feels right, we’ll book your appointment and send intake forms through our Client Portal Simple Practice.

First Session & Next Steps.
  • We’ll review paperwork, answer any questions, and check in at the end to see if you’d like to continue.

  • If we’re not the right fit, we’ll offer referrals to trusted therapists in the community.
